XMind è considerata una delle migliori applicazioni per mind mapping disponibile in linux. In realtà è anche un plugin per eclipse, tutto teso a facilitare l’attività di brain-storming.

Mi sono avvicinato alle tecniche di mind mapping e brain-storming con un atteggiamento alla Fantozzi, che permane tuttora, nonostante qualche cosa l’abbia imparata. Ho provato alcuni software ma XMind è il tool che mi è sembrato più appagante: funziona, è semplice, ha una resa grafica eccellente.

Questi i 3 punti fondamentali che hanno reso XMind un tool indispensabile sulla mia eclipse.

Svn è un famoso SCM di cui mi sono già occupato e SubVersive è uno dei due più famosi plugin svn per eclipse. Consente ad eclipse di importare progetti residenti su repository ed ottenere cosi un working copy locale sulla quale lavorare e dalla quale effettuare i commit sul repository.
